Room Policies:
We have a two night minimum stay on weekends, three nights on holiday weekends. A single Sunday night may be available. We have a single person discount Monday through Thursday except holidays at $100 a day.
When reservations are booked two months or more in advance, we require a non-refundable deposit of one night or 50% (whichever is greater) at time of booking. We take a credit card guarantee, it is expected that within seven days we will receive a check for the non-refundable deposit amount. Balance can be paid by personal check, if it is received fourteen days before arrival date. Any balance paid on arrival must be in cash or Traveller's check.
House Policies:
No smoking in the house or on the property. Your pets are welcome! See our "Dog Friendly" section of the site for more information.
Cancellation Policy:
For reservations booked less than two months in advance, we have a fourteen day cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel more than fourteen days before you are due to arrive, you owe only a $25 cancellation fee on the balance of your stay. Should you have to cancel less than fourteen days before arrival, you will forfeit the equivalent of one day at the inn. Should you fail to cancel and not appear here, you would forfeit the entire stay.
